On Products
30 days money back with receipt.
Customer will pay return postage on any online purchases. They must be received at the store within 30 days and your credit card will be credited with the full amount.

60 days in-store credit
Same as with 30 days except your account with Color and Light Gallery will show a credit until replacement item/s of equal value is/are ordered or an in-store purchase is made.

On class/workshop/event prepaid registrations

Contact us by phone or email. Let us know that you will not be able to attend the event 36 hours before the event and receive full credit to your account. Cancellations less than 36 hours in advance will not be refunded - sorry.
